Pre-orders

All preorder items will have an ETA. This is just an estimate of when an item will ship from the factory to ALB. Once the item arrives to ALB, it will go out within a 3 business day period to customers. ETAs are just estimates and may vary a couple of weeks.

Please pay close attention to the ETA for each presale item. Make sure you do not mix items with different ETAs at checkout unless you are okay with waiting until they are all in for them to ship to you.

custom preorder items are not refundable unless there is a manufacturer error.
