Return Policy



  • All Preorder sales are final. However, If there is a manufacturer error with your product we will try our very best to offer you a replacement if we have one in stock. If a replacement is not in stock at the time, you will be offered a store credit or refund. 
  • Monogrammed items are not eligible for return.
  • To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Once a refund is approved, you have 5 business days to return the defective item. Returns must be unwashed, unworn,  tags attached, in original packaging and free of any noxious odors, pet hair, etc.
  • You will receive a gift card code for your returned items. Gift cards do not expire
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
